Emily A. Horne is an attorney whose practice includes the energy, water, transportation and telecommunications industries, and related business and environmental issues, as well as commercial transactions, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy and insolvency. Prior to joining the firm, Emily was an associate with Bursor & Fisher, P.A. where her practice focused on complex civil litigation and consumer protection class actions.

Emily received her Juris Doctor from UC College of the Law at San Francisco in 2022 (formerly UC Hastings). During law school, Emily served as Editor-in-Chief for the UC Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal, and she competed on the Moot Court team. Emily also served as a judicial extern for The Honorable Jeffrey S. White in the Northern District of California and as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing & Research. In 2015, Emily graduated from Scripps College with a B.A. in Sociology.
