Ellen A. Friedman will be a speaker for a panel discussion at the 2024 California Bankruptcy Conference in Santa Barbara, CA. The program is entitled “Hang 12 Dude! Make Way for the New UCC Article 12” and will take place on Saturday, May 18. The panel participants will discuss the new UCC Article 12, which proposes to modernize existing commercial law and address the transfer of property rights in digital assets, such as cryptocurrency or NFT’s.
