Jorian Heal has been elected as President of the Conference of California Public Utility Counsel (CCPUC)
Jorian Heal has been elected as President of the Conference of California Public Utility Counsel (CCPUC) for its 2026 board year, with the term continuing through March 2027. Jorian previously served as Vice President of the CCPUC and as the Young Utility Lawyers Co-Chair. The CCPUC is a specialty bar association that provides education and training on current issues regarding utility regulation to its members, who practice in the areas of energy, telecommunications, transportation, and water.
Members represent a cross-section of the public utility bar in California, working for private law firms, public utilities, telecommunications carriers, water companies, and electric service providers, as well as public interest organizations and industry associations. The CCPUC is dedicated to providing education and training on current issues pertaining to utility regulation at both the state and federal levels.
