It is with sadness that Friedman & Springwater announces the retirement of Mark Fogelman, effective January 1, 2020.

During his career at F&S, Mark’s primary areas of practice were regulatory and appellate litigation with emphasis on the energy, telecommunications, water industries, and related environmental issues. He brought a depth of experience to his work in area and during the past 30 years represented clients in some of California’s most significant regulatory litigation.  Mark was active in Conference of California Public Utility Counsel, serving as its president in 2010.   He was member of the prestigious California Academy of Appellate Lawyers.   In addition, Mark was is a frequent lecturer and author on subjects related to energy, natural resources, climate change, water, regulated industries, and related legal issues.    F&S is indebted to Mark’s commitment to the firm over the years.
