Friedman & Springwater is pleased to announce that two new attorneys, T. Scott Bucey, Partner, and Cathy Roe, Associate, have joined the firm.

Scott Bucey has over thirty years of experience representing top-tier banks and other institutional lenders in lending, finance, and creditors’ rights matters. His real estate experience includes the representation of real estate owners, investors, and operators in commercial property-related matters including purchase and sale transactions, leasing, property management, easements, CC&R’s, and owner/operator contracts with vendors and service suppliers.

Cathy Roe is an attorney with experience in complex litigation matters. Her practice with F&S includes the energy, water, transportation and telecommunications industries, and related business and environmental issues, as well as commercial transactions, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy and insolvency.
