Jorian Heal has been elected as Vice President of the Conference of California Public Utility Counsel (CCPUC) for its 2025 board year, with the term continuing through March 2026.  Jorian has served as Co-Chair of the Young Utility Lawyer’s Board of the CCPUC since March 2023.  The CCPUC is a specialty bar association that provides education and training on current issues regarding utility regulation to its members, who practice in the areas of energy, telecommunications, transportation, and water.
